Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, revise and update contracts to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Lead contract negotiations, explain contract terms to ensure consistent understanding, draft contractual changes and renewals to promopt beneficial outcome. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential risks, advise the management concerning contractual risks and provide countermeasures. • Monitor contract performance and compliance, respond to enquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts. • Manage contract amendments, extensions, and terminations, ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to stakeholders. • Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date contract management system (CMS) to track contract status, renewal dates, obligations, and key milestones. • Organize and archive contract records (physical and electronic) to ensure accessibility, confidentiality, and compliance with record-keeping regulations. Requirements • Tertiary qualification. • 5 experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
