Your Opportunity As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of services. You’ll provide reception and administrative support to ensure smooth operations at our Wollongong office, with occasional work required at our Nowra office. You'd be required to work 2-3 days a week. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and visitors, managing enquiries, and directing calls. Process accounts and maintain accurate records using Anglicare systems and databases. Liaise with staff and the Site Operations Manager to resolve site-related issues. Assist with routine administration and communications to support service delivery. What You’ll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High-level computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks. Relevant qualification in Community Services (desirable). Previous experience in a similar environment (advantage). Current paid Working With Children Check (WWC).
