Make an Impact As the Executive Assistant – Corporate Services, you will provide high-level, trusted support to the Executive General Manager and Senior Leadership team, enabling the effective leadership of a complex, multi-functional division which includes Finance, Infrastructure and Lotteries. You will proactively anticipate executive needs, optimise executive time, coordinate priorities and ensure seamless executive operations within a fast-paced environment. Key duties of this role are to: Proactively manage the EGM’s diary, emails, meetings and time, ensuring priorities are aligned and prioritised. Coordinate executive and portfolio reporting cycles and documentation, including supporting the collation and quality control of documentation. Prepare and edit agendas, minutes, presentations and executive papers, to a high standard. Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, catering and minutes. Track and follow up actions arising from meetings to ensuring the timely completion. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with discretion. Brief the EGM on upcoming meetings, events and key priorities. Coordinate business-related travel and logistics. Respond autonomously and professionally to enquiries on behalf of the EGM. Review and improve administrative systems and processes for efficiency. What you can bring to the team You are a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant who anticipates needs, exercises sound judgement and thrives in high-pressure executive environments. You bring professionalism, discretion and can remain calm under pressure and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will have: Extensive experience providing high-level support to senior executives or EGMs. Advanced organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail, supported by professional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex diaries and competing priorities. Strong judgement, discretion and confidentiality. High-level Microsoft Office skills, including Teams and OneNote. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
