As a HR Officer, you will partner with business areas to deliver innovative HR solutions aligned with organisational strategy. This includes designing workforce strategies, forecasting future capability needs, and aligning roles with APS standards and evolving requirements. You will shape organisational culture, support performance and recognition systems, and monitor workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you’ll drive the evolution of HR technology and implement modern operating models to enhance organisational effectiveness. A key part of the role is to improve employee experience through engagement initiatives and integrated HR systems. These positions require strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage sensitive projects that influence strategic outcomes. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
