This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure reliability. Supporting large-scale distributed systems across the Asia-Pacific regions, Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa. Collaborating closely with colleagues in EMEA, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of our systems. You will work closely with the Platform and Product teams to automate infrastructure, streamline CI/CD processes, and proactively monitor system health. Main duties and responsibilities Design and implement automation across infrastructure and applications Monitor system performance and reliability, responding to alerts and incidents Collaborate on system design, capacity planning, and platform management Build sustainable systems through automation and uplift initiatives Drive improvements in operational processes and team practices Lead fault detection, remediation, and performance tuning About You Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, Ruby, JavaScript) Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed storage (e.g., NFS, HDFS, Ceph) Familiarity with resource management frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Mesos) Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to performance optimisation Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and incident response Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and senior stakeholders About Us We're a global law firm helping our clients achieve their goals wherever they do business.
