About the Role An opportunity for an experienced catering chef to step into a senior leadership role within a highly modern, innovative, and systems-driven catering business. Operating Monday to Friday, this role oversees a large culinary operation delivering primarily corporate catering, alongside events, large-scale functions, and bespoke offerings. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you'll lead a team of 30 chefs across multiple production kitchens and full-service catering facilities. This is a role for a versatile, organised, and people-focused leader who can balance culinary creativity with structure, consistency, and operational excellence. About You This role is suited to a Head or Executive Chef with explicit catering experience and a strong background in structured, high-volume environments.
