Integrity Investigator, Ongoing opportunity based in Sydney CBD hybrid/flexible working options available We are seeking an experienced Integrity Investigator to join our Governance, Risk and Assurance Division. Reporting to the Manager, Integrity and PID Investigations, you will be critical in upholding organisational integrity by investigating allegations of serious wrongdoing, fraud, and corruption. You will contribute to a positive speak-up culture and help strengthen policies and procedures across the organisation. Ongoing Grade 7/8 opportunity Salary range: $113,574 - $125,720 super, commensurate with experience. Sydney CBD based, however, flexible hybrid and remote working opportunities available for consideration. A talent pool may be created to fill future ongoing or temporary opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct and assist with internal investigations into allegations of corruption, fraud, and serious misconduct. Prepare clear, comprehensive reports, briefs, and correspondence to support informed decision-making. Provide expert advice on policy compliance and relevant legislation. Monitor emerging risks, trends, and legislative changes to adapt investigation strategies. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gather information and support investigations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and timely records of all investigative activities. Key Challenges Managing sensitive and complex matters in a fast-paced, confidential environment. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information under tight timeframes. About You Demonstrated experience in integrity investigations or related fields. Strong knowledge of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 and experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs. Ability to analyse complex regulatory information and assess organisational impact, such as the NSW ICAC, NSW Audit Office and the NSW Ombudsman and their associated legislative engagements with DCS. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Essential Requirements Relevant qualifications in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience. Why Join Us?
