Description The opportunity We have a newly created opportunity for an Application Lead to join our Commercial, Performance & Risk team within our Downer Energy & Utilities business. Reporting directly to the Technology Programs Director, this combined leadership, and technical role will oversee a small team focused on the management of InEight Solutions Suite across the Downer E&U business. This role will interface with various stakeholders including developers, vendors and end users. The location of this position is flexible however Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne is preferred. We value flexibility and proudly offer hybrid working options. Your ability to make data informed decisions and to analyse key trends will ensure your team is able to implement improvements and updates to the application, to support our evolving and growing business. An awareness and continuous improvement mindset are crucial to success in this role, ensuring the application roadmap is maintained and regularly reviewed, whilst future workload is accounted for and planned for appropriately. A relevant IT degree would be advantageous although we welcome applications from varying backgrounds.
