We are seeking a self-motivated Civil Designer with 3 years of local experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with strong connections across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. About the Role You’ll contribute to delivering high-quality civil engineering projects by applying your technical expertise and design skills. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering advice and develop concept/detailed designs for hardstands, car parks, pavements, stormwater systems, and roof drainage. Prepare design drawings and liaise with Councils for approvals. Coordinate with consultants, builders, and developers to ensure timely project delivery. Skills & Qualifications Advanced AutoCAD and Civil 3D (essential). 3 years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or retail projects. Civil Engineering degree (preferred, not essential). Knowledge of Australian Standards, Council requirements, VicRoads, and Austroads guidelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
