Technology plays a critical role in enabling this mission, and they are now seeking a QA Automation Specialist to join their growing Technology & Quality Assurance team. About the Team You'll be part of a collaborative Technology function responsible for designing, developing and supporting platforms used by staff, clients and providers nationwide. The focus is on industry-leading service delivery , strong cyber security , and regulatory compliance . Within the Quality Assurance stream, the QA Automation Specialist is instrumental in ensuring platform reliability, confidence in releases, and continuous improvement of testing practices. The Role As a QA Automation Specialist , you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks across a complex application suite. You'll work closely with product managers, developers and support teams to ensure releases meet business, compliance and quality expectations. This is a hands-on role with strong influence across the delivery lifecycle.
