As a motivated and hands-on Systems Engineer, you’ll work with Compnow’s customers through a mix of on-site visits and remote support. Day to day, you’ll be looking after system health checks, patching, application packaging and OS deployments in SCCM/ConfigMgr, as well as keeping an eye on monitoring tools like SCOM, Ivanti and CS Tenable. You’ll jump in to sort out incidents and service desk escalations, and take on the trickier remediation work that comes out of daily checks. Alongside this, you’ll also lend a hand with planned project work, making sure environments stay secure, compliant and running smoothly. Perform system health checks, patching, application packaging, and OS deployments in SCCM, SCOM, Ivanti, and CS Tenable agents, addressing issues as they arise. Support and contribute to planned project work alongside day-to-day operations. Ensure customer environments remain secure, compliant, and operating efficiently and provide a mix of on-site and remote support to Compnow’s customers. Respond to incidents and handle service desk escalations, providing hands-on troubleshooting and remediation. What you’ll bring? Previous experience as a Systems Engineer or similar position. Extensive SCCM & ConfigMgr configuration knowledge. Experience providing support across Apple, Windows and Android devices - exposure to back-end systems, especially using MDM's such as Intune or Jamf. Experience in frontline support of end users, ideally face to face. Passionate about everything IT and have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. What else do you need to apply? Travel on-site to our office in Marleston and work in a hybrid capacity. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
