A well-established and growing residential home builder on the Gold Coast is expanding their in-house drafting team and is seeking Archicad Draftspersons at Junior/Intermediate and Senior level . These roles offer the opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline of residential projects within a supportive, collaborative environment where quality documentation and buildability are highly valued. ⭐About the Roles ⭐ Junior / Intermediate Archicad Draftsperson This position is ideal for a draftsperson looking to continue developing their skills within a production residential environment. Responsibilities include: Preparing architectural documentation using Archicad Assisting with working drawings, amendments and revisions Coordinating updates from internal teams and external consultants Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with standards Senior Archicad Draftsperson The Senior role will take ownership of projects from concept through to construction documentation. Looking after more of the special projects division and design work.
