About the Role – NPD Manager: You’ll work closely with our founders, ops team, marketing legends, and supply chain pros to launch game-changing, drool-worthy creations. What You'll Be Doing Develop & launch new, premium food products Drive creative concepts that match our bold brand & customer cravings Ensure compliance with food safety & regulatory standards Lead projects through our Stage-Gate innovation process Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, IT, Sales & Supply Chain Use data & market insight to guide flavour direction & trends Support national operations, refurbishments, and new venue rollouts What You Bring to the Table Degree in Food Science, Technology (not mandatory but preferable), or a related field. Proven experience from concept to commercialisation Hands-on skills in meat and smallgoods development A flair for project management and a love for spreadsheets (hello Excel) Exceptional communication and problem-solving chops Autonomy, adaptability, and a little creative chaos Why Join Burger Urge?
