As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the store, supporting day-to-day operations, compliance, and team performance. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Section Leads to ensure the store runs efficiently, safely, and in line with Harris Farm Markets standards. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident retail leader with strong operational knowledge and a passion for food retail. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and operational targets Assist with rostering to ensure appropriate coverage within budget Oversee daily store operations, standards, cleanliness, and presentation Complete store administration and liaise with Support Office teams as required Act as a point of contact for pricing discrepancies and basic IT issues Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of team members Resolve customer complaints and ensure delivery of “FRESH” customer service standards Support food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements, including documentation and audits Assist with waste management, stocktakes, and product rotation Liaise with external bodies such as local council and WorkCover when required About You You’re an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. You’re organised, people-focused, and confident managing competing priorities.
