This is a strategic, hands-on role for a leader who thrives on driving sales, operational excellence, and team growth . You will be supported by a structured onboarding program and work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop store managers and teams across five stores, ensuring high performance and customer excellence. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards. Drive sales growth and profitability across the region. Act as a bridge between stores and head office, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities. Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across all stores. Benchmark regional performance and recommend action plans for underperforming stores. Our Ideal Candidate: Several years of multi-site management experience in retail. Strong operational and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving sales and team development. High emotional intelligence - can inspire, coach, and hold people accountable. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure Skilled at prioritising tasks, delegating effectively, and keeping all "plates spinning" smoothly.
