The Role Delivery Leads establish the overall delivery plan for an engagement alongside the Tech Lead and Solution Architect. They consult with clients, understand their challenges and translate them into actionable deliverables. They are technically credible and able to lead engineers to overall delivery outcomes. This role is for someone who thrives on the challenging coordination work: breaking down scope, managing dependencies, protecting your team from unnecessary pressures, and keeping everyone aligned on what success looks like. What You'll Do Analyse project scope with clients and translate it into actionable delivery plans Act as the primary connection point between clients and delivery teams Manage product backlogs, release planning, and scope changes Collaborate with Tech Leads to break down work and prioritise effectively Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure quality delivery Build strong client relationships through transparent communication Set up project governance and adapt delivery cadence to suit each context What We're Looking For You love to analyse requirements, write stories, facilitate collaboration, and bridge the gap between client requirements and team delivery. You know the risks of delivery, how timelines can be impacted and create effective mitigation approaches.
