We’re looking for passionate, reliable Disability Support Workers who love making a difference and enjoy flexible weekday shifts. About the Role In our STA service, no two days look the same! You’ll be supporting guests with: Personal care & daily living routines Community access, outings & fun activities Meal prep, household tasks & active support Medication assistance and documentation Supporting people with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies This is a casual role, perfect for someone who loves flexibility and variety. Potential Shifts (Weekdays) Shifts could be: 8:00am – 3:00pm 3:00pm – 10:00pm Ideal for someone who wants a mix of daytime and evening hours to fit around their lifestyle.
