We are currently partnering with our client to find a proactive and experienced Legal Assistant to support their Funds and Energy Infrastructure teams within the Corporate group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team, working closely with senior legal professionals on complex and high-value matters across the funds and energy sectors. With one day per week working from home and a structured 12-month parental contract, this role offers both stability and flexibility. Key Responsibilities: High-level calendar and diary management Opening new clients and matters Billing responsibilities including: Weekly WIP updates Drafting and sending invoices directly to clients Following up on outstanding payments Uploading invoices to client portals Organising domestic and international travel Managing expenses and reimbursements Time entry and general file administration Printing, document collation and ad hoc administrative support What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in a corporate or transactional law environment Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset Confident working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team Full Australian working rights (unfortunately this role is not open to Working Holiday Visa holders ) Why Apply?
