Quality Coordinator – Aged Care Full-Time Role | Multi-Site Exposure We are seeking a passionate and detail-focused Quality Coordinator to join a well-established aged care organisation on a full-time contract . This role plays a critical part in supporting high standards of quality, safety, governance, and resident experience across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional who enjoys working closely with operational leaders and contributing to strong clinical governance and accreditation readiness. About the Role In this role, you will support and coordinate the organisation’s quality and clinical governance systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards , legislation, and internal policies. Working collaboratively with Senior Managers, Care Managers, and site teams, you will provide hands-on quality support while promoting continuous improvement and a strong culture of safety and accountability. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements Managing the internal audit program and supporting corrective actions with site leadership Providing clinical governance support, including oversight of clinical risk, documentation quality, and consistency of practice Overseeing incident, complaint, and feedback management , including investigation, reporting, and trend analysis Preparing accurate, audit-ready documentation, quality reports, dashboards, and evidence packs Supporting accreditation readiness , including evidence collation, gap analysis, staff education, and site preparedness About You Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no conditions or restrictions) Full working rights in Australia Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality, clinical governance, or compliance roles within aged care or the health sector Strong working knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards , accreditation processes, and best practice Able to work across multiple sites and head office as required Desirable Experience Qualification in Clinical Governance or Quality & Safety Experience supporting accreditation preparation and assessment processes Previous multi-site quality support experience For a confidential discussion, please contact: Lauren 0450 757 724 lauren@redstonegroup.com.au
