An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to join an established not-for-profit aged care provider based in regional New South Wales. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of a 70-bed aged care facility. You’ll drive financial performance by maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing effective workforce planning, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.
