Outstanding Assistant Sales Managers (2IC) or Senior Sales Consultants looking to step up into management will also be considered. This role requires an energetic, inspirational leader who can bring confidence, drive, and a positive dynamic to the sales team. Initially, the position will involve hands-on selling, while simultaneously developing the capability, structure, and performance of the sales team. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, refining sales processes, and driving results across volume, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills are essential. You must be highly motivated, organised, commercially minded, and an effective negotiator with the ability to lead from the front. While the team is relatively small with a stable sales turnover, your active involvement in day-to-day sales operations and management will be critical to the yard’s success.
