This role leads defined streams within a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors delivery program. You will drive outcomes across HR, IT, and the business while supporting a maturing digital environment. Description Lead assigned project streams within the SAP SuccessFactors program Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Coordinate business, technical, and vendor stakeholders Drive requirements validation and delivery alignment Maintain project plans, reporting, and governance artefacts Support program-level decision making and approvals Contribute to steering committee and executive reporting Assist with contractor onboarding and team coordination Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Proven experience delivering HRIS or ERP projects Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors delivery exposure Strong multi-stream project management capability Experience working in large or complex organisations Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong governance, planning, and RAID management skills Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams Able to operate in environments maturing in digital delivery Job Offer Work on a major SAP SuccessFactors rollout with organisation-wide impact.
