What you’ll do Drive Digital Promotions: Lead the execution of Digital promotions and priorities, ensuring our homepage and digital merchandising assets align with the Supermarkets promotional calendar. Creative Asset Management: Spearhead the briefing process for all creative assets with the Design team, manage stakeholder reviews, and ensure timely updates. Strategic Planning Support: Partner with the Digital Commercial Trading team to implement promotional plans, including Supermarket and Online Only promotions, and "Spend & Save" initiatives. Accuracy and Compliance: Guarantee accurate and compliant execution across all digital assets, including regular website checks during promotional changeovers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders across Food eCom and the wider Woolworths Group to achieve trading objectives. Process improvement: Own the end-to-end execution of trade priorities, including gathering context and information from stakeholders to establish a single source of truth for prioritisation with support from the Senior Digital Trading Manager. Develop a robust brief and process, incorporating an SLT feedback loop for review and approval before launch. Adapt and Innovate : Navigate a dynamic business environment, adapting to changes and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital trade processes. What you’ll bring Solid administrative and business experience will be helpful to support our dynamic team. Also, you'll have: Strong written and oral communication skills will be key to influencing stakeholders and building lasting relationships. Experience in fast-paced environments with your ability to prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure. Expertise in Google Suite, especially Google Slides and Sheets, to drive our digital initiatives. A passion for online retail, eCommerce, and technology will set you apart. An understanding of category management, activation, and retail operations within an eCommerce environment is a plus. Familiarity with collating information from various business units to build a holistic view and enable informed decision-making.
