Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to develop their clinical leadership skills, joining our team at Kensington Park Aged Care Home as a Clinical Nurse Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, from 27 January 2026 to 27 July 2026. Kensington Park offers a welcoming, garden-set residential aged care home close to the city, with a close-knit clinical team providing personalised, dignified care and a dedicated Homeless Aged Care Program. About the role Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses. Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when leading inter-disciplinary teams, as well as providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents. What you'll bring Before you can be considered for this role, we'll need to ensure you have: Tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration Extensive experience as a nurse in the aged care sector Previous experience as a Clinical Manager (desirable but not essential) Strong communication skills, with an ability to provide instruction to nurses and build strong relationships with residents’ families Eagerness to learn and develop management skills NDIS Worker Screening Check 2025 Influenza vaccination Full working rights in Australia What we offer Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
