ABOUT THE ROLE Our People are at the heart of our business and as our HR Advisor you will take a collaborative approach to execute people strategies across your portfolio. Always with our People First value in mind, you will provide generalist HR advice and coaching on critical conversations ensuring our teams feel supported. You’ll deliver HR initiatives that support leader development - helping them grow thriving teams where optimism and opportunity is part of the culture. You will bring curiosity to every challenge including navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes - always seeking better ways to support our people. You’re organised, proactive, and love turning ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day. This is a high impact role within a driven and passionate centralised advisory team – perfect for someone looking to make the move into an innovative retail business.
