Senior Payroll Officer Inner Brisbane $100,000 – $120,000 Super | Community & Services Sector About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation in the community and services sector to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll for a large, multi-site workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Based in inner Brisbane, this position offers long-term stability and the opportunity to play a key role in an organisation undergoing positive operational change while working closely with a junior payroll officer. Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing of weekly payroll for 450 employees Accurate interpretation and application of the SCHADS Award Managing payroll using Employment Hero Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and internal policies Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and internal stakeholders Maintaining accurate payroll records and producing payroll reports Senior Payroll Officer About You Proven experience in a senior payroll role, ideally within a large or complex workforce Hands-on experience with Employment Hero Excellent attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset Confident managing high-volume payroll independently Clear communicator with a collaborative working style Senior Payroll Officer Salary & Benefits $100,000 – $120,000 superannuation Weekly payroll, transitioning to fortnightly from mid-March 2026 Stable, long-term role within a growing and values-led organisation Senior Payroll Officer Why Apply?
