About the Centre 120-place service across six rooms, one story Meeting NQS , with no A&R scheduled Beautiful, open-plan rooms with dedicated outdoor spaces and vegetable gardens Two nursery rooms, two toddler rooms, and two kindergarten rooms Systems include Storypark and established operational processes The Role This is a hands-on Centre Director role requiring immediate leadership and presence. Your initial focus will be on: Rebuilding trust and strengthening relationships with educators and families Driving occupancy growth and engagement Ensuring compliance and child safety are embedded every day Providing stability and clarity for a team that needs warmth, consistency, and direction You’ll be supported by a united regional operations and education team, including an experienced Education Partner and interim leadership support already in place. About You You are a grounded, people-focused leader who brings both warmth and resilience.
