About the Role Supporting 3 Group Executives, you will provide high quality and timely advice and support across the EA function. You will have a polite and professional approach and previous experience supporting multiple senior leaders, so that you can multitask effectively and provide efficient support. This role is a temporary cover, Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based. For the right candidate, this has the potential to convert permanent. Duties Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Efficient diary and email management Coordinate travel arrangements Project administration - investigate, create presentations and answer simple enquiries Meeting management - preparation of documents, agenda's and occasional minutes Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite - 2 years minimum Previous experience supporting multiple senior leaders - desirable Enjoy a fast-paced role, and a high level of organisation Be adaptable, open-minded and passionate!
