We’re looking for an experienced and strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the company’s holistic growth agenda, shaping customer experiences, building strategic campaigns, and driving measurable commercial results across all channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, customer acquisition, digital and CRM, with responsibility for translating business goals into compelling multi-channel strategies that strengthen brand impact and accelerate sustainable growth. Experience within Fashion, Retail, Wholesale, QSR or similar required. About the Opportunity In this role, you will: Define and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence and performance Develop and refine audience engagement strategies to support customer growth and retention Oversee planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels Manage partnerships with external agencies and specialist vendors to maximise outcomes Lead digital experience performance, including website, email, social and performance media Guide CRM and loyalty efforts to deepen engagement and lifetime value Drive performance measurement, reporting, optimisation and data-informed decision-making Steward financial planning, forecasting and responsible budget management Nurture and develop a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration You’ll thrive in this role if you are a strategic and analytical thinker with deep hands-on experience driving growth through brand and digital channels.
