Job Details Base salary of $128,831.00 per annum pro-rata 12% Super Accommodation provided while in the community Annual airfare allowance of $1,683.00 after 12 months of service Relocation reimbursement of up to $5,000.00 upon providing receipts Optional salary sacrifice of up to $30,000.00 per annum pro rata Travel provided Permanent FIFO position Some of your main responsibilities will be: Manage a client caseload and deliver nursing care in accordance with protocols and best practice guidelines. Supervise and educate new staff, supporting their integration into the team. Utilise assessment tools to evaluate clients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary. Coordinate shifts and ensure safe, effective care delivery in the absence of senior staff. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. You will play a vital role in delivering culturally safe nursing care to clients with renal health needs. This position requires managing a client caseload, supervising new staff, and contributing to the continuous quality improvement of services at the Renal Health Centre. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families. To be eligible for this position you must: Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions. Have at least 18 months of experience in haemodialysis nursing or be enrolled in a training program. Demonstrate experience in supervising junior staff and promoting a positive team culture. Possess a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
