Work 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off! Job details Base salary of $126,114.00 plus 12% superannuation On call loading (25% of base salary) Isolation airfare of $2,000.00 to support your travel needs A $10,000.00 retention allowance after 2 years of continuous service, and every 12 months thereafter Accommodation provided whilst in the community Full time role working 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off You will be working for a wonderful organisation which delivers a high standard of comprehensive healthcare to Aboriginal communities across the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The location The Kimberley is a vast and remote area known for its rugged and pristine natural beauty, rich indigenous culture, and unique landscapes. It's one of the most stunning and ecologically significant regions in Australia. Your main duties As a Remote Area Nurse, you will work with the multidisciplinary team to provide primary health and emergency care to the community. Your duties will include (but aren't limited to): Providing evidence-based, primary healthcare to individuals, families and communities Delivering health promotion and educational services Coordinating assigned health programs Participating in an on-call roster to ensure the provision of a 24/7 emergency care service To be eligible for this position, you must have the following: Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions Experience in Remote Area Nursing Experience in Aboriginal Health is highly regarded Current, manual driver's license Willingness to travel by 4WD or light aircraft as required Interested in applying?
