We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join a growing business based in the CBD. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing, while also providing cross-functional support within the finance department. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process complex client invoices, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy Prepare and process regional client invoices in line with agreed deadlines Perform job closures for completed work that does not auto close Review, investigate, and promptly resolve client queries Generate credit notes Receipt and process supplier invoices Provide cover and support across the finance function About You Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or invoicing-focused role Strong understanding of end-to-end invoicing and billing processes Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Confident using financial systems and reporting tools Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve queries professionally Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A team player who is flexible and willing to support across functions when required What’s On Offer Opportunity to work across multiple areas of finance and broaden your skill set Stable, full-time permanent position within a growing business Flexible working hours CBD location with convenient access to transport and amenities
