You will lead and guide a team of talented individuals to follow you in this journey The role of the Team Leader Power System Capability and Planning is to develop and grow GHD’s presence, reputation and market share across the Australia and New Zealand power sectors, focusing on the delivery of Advisory services encompassing analysis of power system capability and power system planning. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Leading the activities of the power system capability and planning team within the Power Advisory group Delivering power system planning, systems capability and related regulatory and policy advice Managing and developing processes and systems to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality power system planning and power system capability advice Leading business development activities to achieve revenue and growth targets Developing and mentoring the Advisors and Senior Advisors in the power system capability and planning Team in all aspects of their roles Building market profile and identifying and developing business opportunities What will you bring to the team? Degree qualified Electrical Engineer Experience in Project Management and successful delivery of power system planning projects. A commercially astute focus and awareness Goal-oriented and a problem-solving mindset coupled with the ambition to develop. A client centric focus allowing the team to provide high-quality client experience.
