We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Proposals Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and support business development, marketing, and tender activities across Australia and internationally. About the Role In this fast‑paced, hands‑on role, you’ll support marketing initiatives, coordinate tender submissions, and work closely with internal stakeholders to produce high‑quality, professional proposals and collateral. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support business development strategy initiatives Develop marketing collateral, coordinate merchandise, and assist with branding strategies and corporate publications Review tender documents and coordinate the end‑to‑end bid process and engage stakeholders throughout the bid process Coordinate submission timelines, gather tender inputs, and liaise with internal teams Write, review, and edit tender responses and technical content Prepare presentations and supporting materials for submissions Qualifications About You Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential Strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail Extensive experience coordinating tender and bid processes Confident technical writing skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a busy team with multiple stakeholders Discreet with sensitive and commercial information Contributes to continuous improvement and innovation A safety‑first mindset aligned with Redpath’s values
