In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of a portfolio of high-profile partners, forging strong strategic relationships and delivering exceptional service, activation, and rights management. We're looking for a driven professional who can spot opportunities, craft innovative solutions, and create long-term value-maximising outcomes for our partners, our business, and the game itself. As our Senior Partnerships, you will be responsible for: Lead the end-to-end management of top tier partner agreements, including planning, activation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, to deliver exceptional service, maximise outcomes, and ensure all objectives and contractual obligations are met. Drive commercial growth and retention across your partner portfolio by identifying new value opportunities, developing evidence-based recommendations, and collaborating with the Commercial team to deliver strategies that strengthen partnerships, maximise revenue, and position for long-term renewal. Lead cross-functional collaboration with the International Cricket operations team to ensure seamless, high-impact delivery of partnership rights and activations on match days. Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with partners, ensuring delivery excellence, alignment with their objectives, and access to CA's broader ecosystem-translating insights into clear priorities that drive mutual value and long-term success. Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and growth-focused environment We're looking for a dynamic leader who can drive strategic growth, foster deep engagement, and deliver operational excellence-while introducing innovative approaches that strengthen Cricket Australia's commercial strategy and position the team for long-term success. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As our Senior Partnerships Lead you will bring expertise, drive, and vision to deliver exceptional outcomes for our partners and the sport. You will also bring: 7 years' experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, or account management within rights holders, brands, or agencies. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related discipline. Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels. Strategic and analytical thinking, paired with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering integrated marketing and sponsorship campaigns. Proven leadership in partnerships, including managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving team performance. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire. Deep understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape and a track record of delivering value in dynamic environments. Willingness and ability to travel interstate when required.
