Job Description As HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with business leaders to maximise the capability and performance of their teams in support of business objectives. You will build effective working relationships with assigned business areas to coach and support the development of business objectives. Key responsibilities will also include: Provide timely and practical guidance and coaching to leaders to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision, values, and strategy. Manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management, in keeping with legal frameworks. Provide guidance and support with the management of personal injuries. Contribute to key HR activities including engagement, compliance, recruitment, organisational design, on-boarding, talent, remuneration and succession planning. Work closely with internal stakeholders including safety, risk and fraud and forensics teams. Deliver reporting and insight of key HR performance metrics and initiatives. Escalate identified gaps and/or process improvements to strengthen compliance controls, maximise efficiencies and enhance the employee experience. Contribute to key HR projects and improvement initiatives.
