The role is initially 3 Months with the possibility of extension. Reporting directly to the Manager, Office of the Assistant Under Treasurer you will be part of a supportive team of Executive Program Officer professionals, providing high level project and administrative support across the Branch. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: High level administrative and project support skills in a fast-paced, high- volume environment. Experience using Mincor/CWS or similar correspondence workflow/management system Proven use of discretion and the ability to actively listen, consult, and share information as appropriate. High level of personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work to ensure senior executive activities, events and meetings are well organised and proceed with minimal disruption.
