The Portfolio & Delivery Reporting Analyst provides clear, accurate, and timely reporting across our client's project and program portfolio. The role delivers portfolio-level insights into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and performance, supporting governance, prioritisation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and maintain portfolio delivery data across projects and programs Develop and deliver dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to IT leadership and governance forums Maintain visibility of cross-divisional initiatives, dependencies, risks, and trends Support portfolio activities including prioritisation, resource analysis, and benefits tracking Maintain and improve PMO/EPMO reporting tools, templates, and registers Partner with delivery leads and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting Support continuous improvement of reporting standards and reporting maturity Experience & Skills Essential Experience in portfolio, project, or PMO reporting within a large or complex organisation Strong analytical and data visualisation skills (Excel and Power BI or equivalent) Experience delivering reporting and insights to senior stakeholders Understanding of delivery lifecycles, governance, and risk management Desirable Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, finance) Exposure to portfolio management tools (e.g. ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, MS Project Online) Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline Desirable Project or portfolio management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, PMO-CP, P3O) Data analytics or visualisation certification (e.g. Power BI Data Analyst)
