Design Engineer Looking for more than just another design role? This position offers the chance to work on cutting edge mechanical systems across defence, motorsport, and advanced manufacturing. What You’ll Be Doing Leading design projects from concept through to production-ready solutions Creating detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings Applying simulation, analysis, and engineering validation to optimise performance Collaborating closely with testing, manufacturing, and project teams Supporting continuous improvement across products, processes, and technology Solving complex engineering challenges with creativity and rigour What We’re Looking For Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Product Design Engineering Proficiency with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX , or similar CAD software Experience in precision engineering, automotive, motorsport, or defence Strong ability in mechanical design fundamentals, FEA, and problem solving Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing principles Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork skills You’ll Succeed Here If You Thrive in fast-paced, technical environments Take ownership of outcomes, not just drawings Value quality, innovation, and engineering excellence If you're ready to engineer technology with real world impact, we’d love to hear from you.
