This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. We have multiple Full-time positions and a casual position available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. This position will be based on award wages. Roster For Full time: Tuesday to Saturday, morning to afternoon shift Monday to Friday, morning to afternoon shift Key Responsibilities for Full time: Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard Spot cleaning of furnishings Sweeping and mopping Toilet cleaning. Rubbish collection Cleaning of glass, both internal and external Dusting of all hard surfaces Mall patrolling Daily detailing Entry checks Rotation compliance Key Responsibilities for Casual: Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard Spot cleaning of furnishings Sweeping and mopping Toilet cleaning. Rubbish collection Cleaning of glass, both internal and external Dusting of all hard surfaces Mall patrolling Identifying areas needing immediate attention. Reporting maintenance issues. Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked. Operating industrial cleaning machines. About You: · Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage. · Proven experience of working in a team successfully. · The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent customer service skills. · Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work. · Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards. · Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required. · Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus. -For Casual , we require someone with experience in machinery including the operation of a car park sweeper , pressure washer , and holds a manual driver's licence You must have valid work rights in Australia.
