About the role This is a full Store Manager opportunity leading a busy fuel and convenience site in Elizabeth. Working Monday to Friday, you will take full ownership of store performance, team leadership, and daily operations, with the support of an established head office and clear systems in place. What you will do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team Drive sales, margins, and key store KPIs Oversee rosters, wages, and day-to-day store operations Ensure compliance, safety, and brand standards are met Manage stock control, ordering, and loss prevention Deliver consistently strong customer service What you will bring Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager Background in convenience, fuel, supermarket, or high-volume retail ideal Confident people leader with a hands-on management style Strong commercial acumen with KPI and wage control experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment What's in it for you!
