Your Responsibilities As the Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the strategic direction, governance, and operations of QRSS to deliver quality, equitable representative school sport opportunities across Queensland. Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and initiatives that strengthen the program's accountability, consistency, and long-term sustainability. Provide high-level strategic advice to senior departmental leaders on school sport priorities, policy, and emerging issues. Manage QRSS staff and resources to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with departmental objectives. Build strong partnerships across education, sport, and community sectors to enhance collaboration and promote Queensland's leadership in school sport.
