The Role As an Associate, Client Service at IFM Investors, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional operational client experience. Working as part of a global team, you’ll support the end-to-end management of client interactions, ensuring proactive, client-centric service and seamless delivery. This role bridges customer service and financial expertise, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client needs and support the design and delivery of client reporting. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of capital call and distribution notices for seamless capital movements Drive the creation and delivery of client, management, regulatory, and audit reporting, addressing related queries efficiently Collaborate with internal teams (Global Client Solutions, Investment Accounting, Data Capability, etc.) on operational queries Organise and monitor the team’s schedule and inbox to maintain high-quality, timely service Perform quality checks and oversight of reporting deliverables Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction Support team and business-wide projects and initiatives Your Background & Experience 5 years’ experience in financial services or asset management, ideally in Client Service or Investor Relations Direct client-facing experience and familiarity with Fund Accounting and/or Performance Analytics highly advantageous Experience with investor reporting and proven ability to champion quality client outcomes Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders Project management discipline and knowledge of Private Markets preferred Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, finance, commerce, or related field Strong technical knowledge, including handling large datasets, Salesforce, and MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI) Service-minded, motivated, and able to manage competing priorities Team player with a proactive, client-centric approach Ready to invest in what matters?
