This is a Monetization Strategy and Operations Lead - AUNZ role with TikTok based in Sydney, NSW, AU TikTok Role Seniority - senior More about the Monetization Strategy and Operations Lead - AUNZ role at TikTok - Serve as the primary strategic partner for our monetization team. - Develop monetization strategies for TikTok in AUNZ and implement key initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders primarily across sales/commercial functions - Identify key business opportunities through research and business analysis, transforming insights into growth initiatives. - Establish and manage performance goals for the monetization team by defining key performance metrics and setting KPIs to promote business growth. - Drive strategic development of commercial incentives for clients and agencies, and track progress and impact of these incentives rolled out - Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team expands. - Be responsible for the operational rigour and excellence within AUNZ business to improve overall efficiency. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, such as monetization teams, sales and sales operations, international strategy, and data teams, to bring analytical initiatives to completion. - Lead the AUNZ team by example, build team culture and morale, and cultivate the next generation of talent for the MSO team Minimum Qualifications: - Possess a BS/MS degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, business analytics/management, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative major. - Have 5 years of experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles. Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred. - Demonstrate a strong analytical aptitude and a keen interest in strategy. Preferred Qualifications: - Be a skilled project manager and a team player, capable of managing expectations across different time zones and cultures. - Exhibit excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and structure complex issues to derive insights.
