• Parramatta / Sydney • Temporary - Full-Time (35 HPW) • Clerk Grade 9/10, base salary ($129,464 - $142,665), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of change management plans to support a smooth transition within DCJ. The role requires engagement with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of the system and understand the impacts on people, processes, and technology. This is a hybrid role, working primarily from the Parramatta office (around 90% of your time) and occasionally from the Sydney office (about 10%), with flexibility to work from home as agreed. Your customer service skills are of a high standard as you will be meeting face-to-face with senior stakeholders within the Courts and Tribunals area. What we’re looking for • Support the implementation of integrated change management plans that focus on specific organisational needs of affected areas. • Develop and manage change deliverables including change readiness assessments, communications stakeholder engagement plans, training plans, and other change deliverables, as required. • Support and assist with aspects of the project and change implementation activities including research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, workshop facilitation process mapping and the development of communication collateral to support the change. • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. • Knowledge of, or experience working within, NSW Courts and Tribunals would be beneficial.
