In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate appointments, communicate proactively, and ensure a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client and broker inquiries via phone and email Schedule, confirm, and manage insurance appraisal appointments Maintain accurate records in CRM/database systems Communicate empathetically to understand client needs and deliver solutions Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient service Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests Prepare and send professional correspondence Strive for first contact resolution and manage workflow within SLAs De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and patience Qualifications Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with scheduling tools and office software e.g Outlook, Google, Calander, CRM systems, MS Database Customer service experience Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging interactions Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Strong Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ready to help us set the standard for exceptional client service?
