About you: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR ideally within the mining sector. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters. Solid experience in complex ER & IR issues, including conducting investigations, advising managers & coaching leaders. High level of strategic thinking and leadership. Successfully worked collaboratively with senior leadership to support strategic business goals. A professional that connects easily with people and can build and maintain long-term relationships across all levels of an organisation. Valid Western Australian Driver’s Licence. Experience working with HR, Recruitment and Safety software packages (JobAdder, JotForm, INX, Pronto) (Desirable) Experience providing senior-level oversight and support for payroll functions, including advisory input, issue resolution and review of payroll outcomes to ensure accuracy, compliance and best practice. About the role: Manage all Employee Life Cycle processes, including performance management, changes, and terminations. Maintain the integrity of HR systems. Provide advice, assistance, coaching and mentoring to leaders on industrial and employment relations issues, grievances, investigations and dispute settlement. Identify and manage emerging ER/IR risks and opportunities. Generate accurate activity forecasts and reporting. Provide general administrative support as required. Develop and maintain ER/IR policies, procedures and Guidelines ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations . Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure payroll practices align with employment contracts, industrial instruments, legislation and internal policies.
