This role combines core accounting functions with strategic project involvement, making it an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and support key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process Prepare journals, reconciliations, financial reports, and analysis Maintain controls over bank, suppliers, payroll and general ledger reconciliations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reviews Step in to assist with transactional finance (AP, AR, payroll) when needed Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of our newly implemented accounting system Assist with system testing and issue identification Document and refine finance processes following the recent transition Maintain compliance with statutory reporting, accounting standards and internal controls Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including auditors What We’re Looking For: CA/CPA qualified Solid experience in a broad, hands-on accounting role Experience with Pronto is highly desirable Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting capability Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a dynamic environment High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Why Join Us?
