Part-time - 4 days per week 6-month plus temporary assignment $40 per hour superannuation We are seeking a proactive and organised Office & OHS Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our clients Melbourne CBD office. This is a hands-on, people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, efficient, and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination: General administration support Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are set up Coordinate catering deliveries & set up in meeting rooms Manage office supplies, merchandise, and general stock control Oversee day-to-day office operations, liaising with cleaners and building management Support the upcoming office move (from July 2026) alongside the Executive Assistant Organise photographs of new starters and maintain the office photo wall Work Health & Safety (OHS): Ensure compliance with all OHS requirements, including: First aid training and evacuation procedures. Ordering and maintaining safety equipment. Organise flue shots Organise OHS committee quarterly Ensure implementation and renewal of OHS policies About You Previous and proven office coordination / administrative experience Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers Knowledge or experience in OHS coordination is highly regarded Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset This is a great opportunity to play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run office environment within a collaborative team.
