You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture by: ✔ Delivering timely, values-aligned employee relations advice ✔ Supporting onboarding, performance development, and wellbeing initiatives ✔ Using data and insights to drive decisions and improvements ✔ Promoting inclusion, safety, and engagement across your portfolio This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – from guiding leaders through complex issues to activating engagement programs and building workforce capability. About You: Degree in HR or related field 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist or advisory HR role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Confidence with HR systems and data insights Current or willingness to obtain relevant compliance checks Bonus: Experience in disability, health, or human services is highly regarded.
